Our Guarantee & Return Policy
Each piece from Oceanella Creations is made with love, care, and attention to detail. I take pride in being thorough in my work and stand by the quality of the craftswomanship and materials I use, which is why every item comes with a 1-year guarantee. This covers any crafting defects, including clasps, chains, and findings, under normal use. Please note that the guarantee does not cover accidental damage, loss, or wear & tare from everyday use, as seaglass and other natural materials are unique and delicate—their organic character is part of their beauty.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of delivery in their original condition for a full refund. To make a claim under the guarantee or arrange a return, please contact me, and I will happily refund, replace, or repair your piece so it continues to bring joy for years to come. (Postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer.)
